Scadden made a motion to accept the minutes of September 7, 2007. T. Yamanaka <br />seconded the motion. The motion was passed. <br />Diane Noda from Corporation Counsel introduced herself to the committee and stated that <br />she was unable to attend today's meeting, but if the committee had any legal concerns or <br />needed advice to call her at 961-8251, 961-8304 Ext. 114, or 345-8492 (office cell). <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ISSUES <br />None. <br />TREASURERS REPORT <br />T. Yamanaka made a motion to accept the treasurer's report as submitted. J. Souza <br />seconded the motion.
