Deputy Prosecuting <br />Attny. Mel Fujino, Detective Raymond Rodrigues HCPD/Hilo JAS Î DVUnit, <br />Officer Brandon Konanui HCPD/Kona JAS Î DVUnit, Jackie Kalani DHS, and <br />Carole Gruskin CFS were guests who expressed their opinions on t <br />concerns, and recommendation regarding DV issues. <br />TREASURERÓS REPORT <br />The balance of the funds as of June 2003 was $2,010.37 and becau <br />having a quorum for the June meeting and not enough time for a s <br />meeting, Patti Barry as Chairman, with the approval of the Mayor and Corporate <br />Council designated $986.79 for ADS Î Hawaii Tribune and West Hawaii Today. <br />Aloha Performing Arts, Jerry Tracy received $1,000.00 towards the play he is <br />directing about Domestic Violence. The remaining $23.58 has been placed into <br />the County General Fund. <br />The new Budget for July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004 is $3,750, whic <br />as last year. The amounts in the line items can be moved around. We can <br />negotiate for additional funds if and when we need them. <br /> <br />
