Menezes, Secretary-Reporter <br /> <br />Excused: <br /> <br />Mr. Brian De Lima, Member <br /> <br />Chair Yoshiyama called the meeting to order at 9:35 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO AGENDA <br /> <br />Chair Yoshiyama noted that the agenda should read, under “Addendum <br />to Agenda,” a requirement of three votes, not four votes, to comply with HRS <br />§92-7(d). <br /> <br />The newest Board member introduced himself as Jubilee Kuewa, noting <br />that most people call him Jube.
