Commissioner Moku <br />seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />March 14, 2012, regular and executive sessions: Vice Chair Robinson moved to <br />approve the minutes. Commissioner Henkel seconded the motion.
