Commissioner Morioka <br />seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> September 20, 2013, regular and executive sessions. Commissioner Morioka <br />moved to approve the minutes. Commissioner Schutte seconded, and it carried <br />unanimously. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Correspondence No.2013-13, request for legal representation for Officer Robert K. <br />Pule in USDC CIV NO. 13-00465 DKW RLP. Commissioner Schutte moved to <br />accept and file. Commissioner Morioka seconded, and it carried unanimously. <br /> <br />
