Members Present: John Winter, Jon Adams, Lani Eugenio, Faye Yates, Ken <br />Wills and Keone MacKillop. <br />2. Public Attendance: Susan Fischer, Paul Fischer, Lynda Wallach, Oliver Lum, <br />Dixie Adams, Sandie Torres, Lucy Pasco, Margaret Couttie, Madelain E. Kawai, <br />Margot McFredries, Doreen C. Paro, Deborah Winter, Greg Mooers, Lynda <br />Wallach, Representative Cindy Evans, Peter Devries, and April Lee. <br />3. Planning Department Present: Rosalind Newlon and Ali Catalano <br />CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:05 pm by John <br />Winter. <br />II. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS: <br />a. Minutes of the meeting from July 131h, 2015. Amendments were <br />suggested as follows: <br />• Line 105: change "Hawaiian charities" to "Catholic Charities" <br />• Line 201: delete the words, "and care of <br />Jon Adams made a motion to approve as amended. Keone <br />seconded that motion and the motion was carried unanimously. <br />b. Minutes of the meeting from August 101h, 2015. Amendments were <br />suggested as follows: <br />• Line 53: instead of "move all cesspools" it should read "replace <br />cesspools with septic" <br />• Line 120: remove "and that they are dependent on people <br />associated with agriculture to come to the meetings." <br />Keone made a motion to approve as amended. Jon Adams <br />seconded that motion and the motion was carried unanimously. <br />III. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS: <br />Lucy Pasco suggested that medical marijuana be put on the agenda for <br />discussion. <br />
