The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />EXCUSED <br />Cyd Hoffeld, ex -officio <br />Brooke Derby <br />Jessie Marques <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. The minutes of August 7, 2015 were approved as submitted. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. Fiscal year reports for August 2015 and September 2015 were submitted <br />to CSW for review. <br />B. Mele received email from Nicole Leslie requesting 2016-2017 budget. <br />Next year CSW will get $8085. Mele summarized proposed budget for <br />fiscal year 2016-2017 using base allocation of $8085. CSW discussed <br />and categorized how monies will be spent for 2016-2017 fiscal year. <br />C. National Association of Commissions on Women (NACW) convention will <br />be held July 2016 in Honolulu. CSW will consider this expense into budget <br />for 2016-2017.
