Hirayama, Secretary <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Ms. Kahakalau called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. <br /> 2. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> There were no public statements from Hilo and Kohala. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF JULY 8, <br /> SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 AND FEBRUARY 10, 2016. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: We would like to continue with the approval of the regular session <br /> minutes of July 8, September and February. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to approve the July 8 minutes. Mr. Goodenow <br /> seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: Next are the minutes of September 9. <br /> Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to approve the September 9 minutes. Mr. <br /> Goodenow seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: The next set of minutes is the ones from the most recent meeting <br /> on February 10. <br /> Mr. Adams: I appreciated getting them a little earlier. <br /> Ms. Kahakalau: It definitely helps with Rick recalling what was said.
