New requirements have been added. <br />• TIMING OF SUBMITTAL: <br />✓ The DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE form must be submitted for review <br />and acceptance PRIOR TO THE START OF WORK. No after -the fact <br />declarations will be accepted.
