HAWAII COUNTY CHARTER COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> 29th Session <br /> July 31 , 1979 <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> The twenty-ninth session of the Hawaii County Charter <br /> Commission was called to order at 3: 41 p.m. in the Hawaii <br /> County Councilroom, Hawaii County Building, Hilo, Hawaii by <br /> Mr. Spencer Kalani Schutte, Vice-Chairman. <br /> The roll recorded the following: <br /> Present: Mr. Harlan Cadinha (Arrived 4:51 p.m. ) <br /> Mr. Richard Ishida <br /> Mrs. Amy Iwamoto <br /> Mrs. Gloria Kobayashi <br /> Mr. Akira Omonaka <br /> Mr. Spencer Kalani Schutte <br /> Mr. Joseph Trulson <br /> Mr. Matsuo Yanaga <br /> mkt- yS?s .!_. Will the record so <br /> note that in the absence of the Chairman Sakata, the Vice-Chairman <br /> Kalani Schutte is presiding. <br /> APPROVAL The Chair called for the approval of minutes dated <br /> OF MINUTES: July 18, 1979 with the following correction : <br /> Page 41 . . . .Mr. Schutte statement <br /> at bottom of page should be. . . "or <br /> how are you going to do that?" <br /> Motion was made by Mr. Trulson <br /> to approve minutes as corrected. <br /> Seconded by Mrs. Iwamoto and <br /> unanimously carried. <br />
