APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMER 26, 2018 MEETING. <br />A motion was made by Lito Asuncion, and seconded by Chalintorn Burian to approve the <br />minutes; approved unanimously. <br />4. COMMENTS FROM THE CHAIR: Meizhu Lui noted that we have two very important <br />topics today. The first is the possible change in our model of case management service <br />delivery.
