If you seek to testify in-person, please plan to be at the site at <br /> the start of the hearing since there is no set end time. <br /> Note:All current federal, state and local guidelines, rules and proclamations to ensure public safety in <br /> addressing the COVID-19pandemic will be adhered to at thepublic hearing sites. This may include limiting <br /> the amount of individuals accessing the indoor location.
