Rusalavich, Intervenor <br />And approximately 20 people from the public in attendance. <br />APPLICANT: SUNSTONE KONA, LLC (SMA 05-005) <br />Discussion and action on the Special Management Area (SMA) Use Permit to allow the <br />development of 289 multiple-family residential units and related improvements, including <br />associated commercial space.
