(REZ 03-004) Î Application for a Change of Zone by <br />APPLICANT: <br />changing the district classification from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to Industrial- <br />Commercial Mixed Use (MCX-20) for approximately 45,000 square feet of land. The <br />property is located in Waikea House Lots, on the northwest corner of Kwili Street- <br />Laukapu Street intersection and across of Maka`ala Street, Waikea, South Hilo, Hawai`i, <br />TMK: 2-2-50:37 and 38. <br />GALDONES:Commissioners, we are on New Business Agenda Item No. 3. <br />for a Change of <br />The Applicant is HAKS, Inc.
