An existing 5/8 -Inch meter allotted OTIC ( 1) unit ofwater and a <br />1 -inch meter allotted two (2) equivalent units of water. Each unit ofwater IS equal to an average of 400 <br />gallons per day which is suitable for only one (I ) single- ftirni ly dwelling. <br />Water can be made available from an existing 8 -inch water line within 0hiolu Street, which fronts the <br />subject parcel, in accordance with the DcpartnienVs existing water availability conditions, which are <br />subject to change without notice, <br />Flierefore, pursuant to Rule 5 of the Department's Rules and Regulations, at copy of which is being <br />('orwardcd to the applicant, a water corn mitnIent rnay be issued. Based on the 20 additional units <br />requested in the proposed 23) -lot development, the required water commitment deposit is $3,.000.00. <br />Remittance by the applicant oftlie deposit, is requested as soon as possible so that as water commitment <br />may be formally issued. l"he corrunitment will be in writing with specific conditions and effective <br />dates stated. I'lease keep in Mind that this letter shall not be construed as as water con-irnitment.
