Mentioned the <br />17 <br />Makai Watch Program, a Science Committee that is working on innovations for the wastewater system <br />18 <br />and the Fire Break Project. <br />19 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />20 <br />Minutes of the Meeting of September 23, 2013 were circulated. After discussion, John Mueller <br />21 <br /> <br />motioned to approve and Kit Roehrig seconded. Unanimous approval given. <br />22 <br />BUSINESS OF COMMITTEE <br />23 <br /> <br />1.SKCDP Implementation. <br /> Action Committee will continue ongoing review of SKCDP Goals, <br />24 <br /> <br />Policies and Actions & discuss roles & responsibilities. <br />25 <br /> Update/Discussion of Agenda Items by Planning Director, Duane Kanuha or authorized <br />a. <br />26 <br />representative. <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />No Discussion <br />28 <br /> Update/Discussion of Agenda Items by Council Member <br />b. <br />29 <br />No Discussion. <br />30 <br /> Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />c. <br />31 <br />Joel Cohen brought forth a proposal to add on “to include a High School to be located within <br />32 <br />the South Kohala District”.
