Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br /> submit a completed request form to the PCDP project manager prior to the completion of each public testimony <br /> portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3)minutes in length per agenda item during the <br /> Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, subject to the <br /> discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on October 14, 2014. (5 min) <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1. Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee (CERS) Report: Marlene will <br /> report on the activities of the CER subcommittee since their last written report to the Action <br /> Committee. (15 min) <br /> 2. Subcommittee Guidelines: Staff will remind the AC of the minimal operational protocols that <br /> subcommittees should be following to be in compliance with the Sunshine Law. The AC will <br /> also have an opportunity to discuss the need for operational guidelines for the subcommittees. <br /> (15 min) <br /> 3. Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTSC): June Conant will report on the activities of the <br /> subcommittee since their last written report to the Action Committee. (10 min) <br /> 4. Communication 2014-74 -Budget Subcommittee: Members of the Budget Subcommittee <br /> will present their prioritized FY 2015-16 CIP list for approval by the AC to be forwarded on to <br /> the Planning Director. (15 min) <br /> 5. Draft grubbing and Grading Brochure: Elmer Solis will continue discussion on developing <br /> an informational brochure for grubbing and grading based on the Volcano brochure.
