Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on September 8, 2015. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />(5 min) <br />1. Communication No. 2015 -38 & 2015 -39: Connectivity and Emergency Response <br />Subcommittee (CERS): Marlene Hapai will inform the AC on the activities of the <br />subcommittee. The subcommittee minutes consists of general subcommittee topics including <br />the following: <br />- Discussion on next step with Adhoc Committee data from the site visit <br />- Need to work with AC budget committee to submit CIP request <br />- The need to schedule meetings with various State Senators and Reps. (10 min) <br />2. Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRPS): Members of the subcommittee will <br />inform the AC on their recent activities. (10 min) <br />3. Communication No. 2015 -42: Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee <br />(PRTCPS): Members of the subcommittee will inform the AC on the activities of the <br />subcommittee. The subcommittee minutes consists of general subcommittee topics including <br />the following: <br />- Updates on the progress of the wastewater feasibility study <br />- Update on the progress of the parking lot acquisition <br />- Update on the progress of Post Office Road widening and extension <br />Hapai `i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
