Bldg. E, 2nd Floor <br />West Hawai'i Civic Center <br />74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i 96740 <br />Roll Call: <br />1. Members Present: Greg Ogin, Curtis Tyler, Douglas Payne, Kari Kimura, <br />Keoki Schattauer, and Shane Nelson. <br />2. Planning Department: Bennett Mark, Terry Dunlap and Ali Catalano <br />3. Public in attendance: Ken Melrose, Jeff Zimpfer, Janice Palma Glennie. <br />Greg Ogin called the meeting to order and introductions of AC members followed. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING ITEMS ON AGENDA <br />None. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />1. Minutes from the Meeting on June 24th, 2015. <br />Curtis Tyler made a motion to approve the minutes, and Kari Kimura <br />seconded that motion. All in favor, and the motion was carried unanimously. <br />2. Minutes from the Meeting on July 29th, 2015. <br />Keoki brought up that his name is missing from the roll call. Ali Catalano <br />noted this error and will adjust. Shane Nelson made a motion to approve the <br />minutes as amended, and Curtis Tyler seconded that motion. The motion was <br />carried unanimously. <br />PRESENTATIONS TO ACTION COMMITTEE: <br />1. Recommendations as to how to best implement the Kona CDP, presented by <br />the County of Hawaii Planning Department, as requested by the Kona CDP <br />Action Committee. <br />Keola Childs presented a prepared slideshow on behalf of the Planning <br />Department, and handed out copies to the Action Committee members and <br />members of the public. He went through the status of the Kona Community <br />
