The 20,000-square foot property is situated within the State Land Use <br />Agricultural District and located along the east side of Amepela Road, approximately 110 <br />feet south of its intersection with Lewa Lani Street in the Mark Twain Estates Subdivision in <br />Papohaku, Ka‘ū, Hawaiʽi, TMK: 9-4-007:003. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPLICANT: WATANABE FAMILY TRUST (REZ 15-198) <br />Application for a Change of Zone from an Agricultural-3 acres (A-3a) to a Residential and <br />Agricultural-1 acre (RA-1a) zoning district for 2.73 acres of land.
