Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on February 9, 2016. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />(5 min) <br />1. Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee (CERS): Members of the <br />subcommittee will inform the AC on their recent activities and Patti will present a slideshow <br />summarizing connectivity in upper Puna. (20 min) <br />2. Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRPS): Members of the subcommittee will <br />inform the AC on their recent activities. (10 min) <br />3. Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee (PRTCPS): Members of the <br />subcommittee will inform the AC on their recent activities. (10 min) <br />4. Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTS): Members of the subcommittee will inform the AC on <br />their recent activities. (10 min) <br />5. Town Hall Subcommittee: Members of the subcommittee will inform the AC on their recent <br />activities. (10 min) <br />6.
