April also <br />25 provided the AC with a preview of the next steps that will be taken in the process, <br />26 which are a series of public meetings and technical workshops. April introduced the <br />27 AC to what will be done at the public meetings and technical workshops with the <br />28 CommunityViz program, a planning/analysis program that is being used for the <br />29 General Plan Comprehensive Review. <br />30 Attached for Record to these minutes are the distributed Hawaii County General <br />31 Plan Review Process Fact Sheet <br />32 ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />33 Meeting minutes from May 23, 2016 <br />34 Robbie Robertson made a motion to approve, and Julia Alos seconded that motion. <br />35 All in favor and the motion was carried unanimously. <br />36 <br />
