ROLL CALL Action Committee Members Present: Larry Brown (Chair), Michael Bernard, Frances Brewer, Dan Domizio, Brent Norris, Susan Osborne, Yumi Kawano Action Committee Members Absent -Excused: Leila Kealoha, Mark Hinshaw Staff: CoH Planners - Keiko Mercado and Eric Cook. Also in attendance — Diane Ley, Director of Research & Development (R&D); Ron Whitmore, Deputy Director of R&D; Bob Agres, Manager for Disaster Recovery Community Engagement & Collaboration. Members of the public: 27 ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: NONE ANNOUNCEMENTS: NONE PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: NONE APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Committee Member Susan Osborne moved to approve the minutes of the August 13, 2018, meeting as submitted. Second by Committee Member Michael Bernard. The motion to approve the minutes as submitted passed with 7 votes aye, 0 votes nay. BUSINESS: [Please note that business items were taken out of order to accommodate presenters' schedules] 1. Communication No. 2018-13, Proposed Action Committee Meeting Schedule: [Listed on the agenda as item 3] The Puna CDP Action Committee reviewed and discussed the proposed 2019 meeting schedule. Committee Member Kawano proposed that the Action Committee adopt a monthly meeting schedule.
