Draft Environmental Assessment for Naval Special Operations Training in the State of Hawaii: <br />Chair Hoffman made a motion to add a discussion of the Draft Environmental Assessment for <br />Naval Special Operations Training in the State of Hawai'i to the meeting agenda. Second by <br />Committee Member Ah Sam. The motion to add the agenda item passed with 6 votes aye, 0 <br />votes nay. <br />2. Pololu Lookout Parking Proposal from John Winter of the Parks, Water, Roads Community <br />Group: <br />Chair Hoffmann made a motion to add Pololu Lookout Parking Proposal to the meeting agenda. <br />Second by Committee Member Ah Sam. The motion to add Pololu Lookout Parking Proposal to <br />the agenda passed with 6 votes aye, 0 votes nay. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />1. CDP Planner, LeAna Gloor, announced that the Mailchimp server had removed a small portion <br />of subscribers from the list due to email server issues. She explained that affected community <br />members would need to personally sign up again to receive email updates about the North <br />Kohala CDP.
