ROLL CALL Action Committee Members Present: Steve Hoffmann (Chair), Lehua Ah Sam, Benjamin Ney, Chris Cackley, Jack Olson Late Arrival: Jeff Coakley Action Committee Members Absent -Excused: Richard Elliott Staff: CoH Planners: LeAna Gloor and Eric Cook Members of the public: 11 Members of the public were in attendance. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: NONE ANNOUNCEMENTS: 1. Chair Hoffmann announced that Keone Emeliano, has resigned from the Action Committee. PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: There was no testimony given from members of the public. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Committee Member John Olson moved to approve the minutes of the November 19, 2018 meeting, as submitted. Second by Committee Member Lehua Ah Sam. The motion to approve the minutes as submitted passed with 5 votes aye, 0 votes nay. (Action Committee Member Jeff Coakley was not present at the time of the vote) REPORTS AND OTHER PRESENTATIONS: Community Partner Group Reports: 1. Comm. No. 2019-01 NK Community Access Group Notes 11/18 & 12/18: Group Member, Toni Withington, shared that the group held a very successful meeting on November 14th, 2018 regarding the Pololu lookout improvements project. She stated the project would involve a parking lot and restrooms at the Pololu lookout, and that Surety Kohala should be able to donate the land for a five acre parking lot.
