The property is located on the east side (mauka) of <br />Ali'i Drive in the vicinity of Hlualoa Bay and across of the Keolonhihi State Historical <br />Park at Kamoa Point, Hlualoa 4, North Kona, Hawai`i, TMK: 7-7-4:26. <br />GIFFIN:Good morning. This is a contested case hearing on the application <br />of Wayne Blasman, and the application is SMA 02-03. This is an application for a <br />Special Management Area Use Permit to allow the development of a <br />condominium project and related improvements.
