Mahuna, Police Chief <br />James Day, Assistant Chief <br />John Dawrs, Major <br />Jay Enanoria, Major <br />Craig Higaki, Detective <br />Lincoln S. Ashida, Corporation Counsel <br />Josie Pelayo, Secretary <br />Commissioner Sumja moved and Commission Lundkvist seconded to approve the <br />agenda. The motion carried unanimously. <br />STATEMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS - None <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Commissioner Kaoiwi moved and Commissioner Whittemore seconded to approve the <br />minutes of August 24, 2007, regular and executive sessions. Discussion: Vice Chair <br />Morimoto corrected Joseph Sudol's complaint number in the regular session minutes. <br />PERSONNEL ORDERS <br />Commissioner Kaoiwi moved and Commissioner Sumja seconded to accept the <br />Personnel Orders as listed. The motion carried unanimously. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />• Commissioner Lundkvist moved and Commissioner Whittemore seconded to accept <br />the communications as listed. The motion carried unanimously. <br />
