Communication No. 2013 -4545 and Communication No. 2013 -4646: Connectivity and <br />Emergency Response Subcommittee (CERSC) Reports. <br />Marlene Hapai handed out flyers for the August 31 Puna Regional Emergency Preparedness <br />(PREP) Fair at Kea`au High School.
