Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Regular Meeting on March 10, 2015. (5 min) <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />1.Public Access, Open Space & Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC) <br />: <br />Representatives from PONC shall provide the Action Committee with a brief presentation <br />about the Commission and nomination of properties by the public for 2015. (20 min) <br /> <br />2.Communication No. 2015-16: Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee <br />(CERS): <br />Marlene Hapai will report on the activities of the subcommittee. The report consists <br /> <br />of general subcommittee topics including the following: <br /> <br />-Outcome from a meeting with Daniel Paleka and Greggor Ilagan. <br /> <br />-Scheduling additional meetings with specific officials. <br /> <br />-Discussion on topics of concern to CERS members and others in attendance. (10 min) <br /> <br /> <br />3.Communication No. 2015-18: Mass Transit Subcommittee (MTSC): <br />June Conant will <br />report on the activities of the subcommittee. The report consists of general subcommittee <br /> <br />topics including the following: <br /> <br />-Discussion on how to appropriately support a Citizens’ Action Committee to improve <br /> <br />East Hawai’i Transportation. <br /> <br />-Continued communication with Tiffany Kai regarding MTA issues.
