Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting on August 11, 2015. (5 min) <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Communication No. 2015 -37: Connectivity and Emergency Response Subcommittee <br />(CERS): Marlene Hapai will inform the AC on the activities of the subcommittee. The <br />subcommittee minutes consists of general subcommittee topics including the following: <br />- Discussion on alternate Nanawale connection to Highway 132 via Forest Road <br />- Update on ad hoc committee (10 min) <br />2. Volcano Long Range Plan Subcommittee (VLRPS): Members of the subcommittee will <br />inform the AC on the activities of the subcommittee. (10 min) <br />3. Communication No. 2015 -36: Pahoa Regional Town Center Plan Subcommittee <br />(PRTCPS): The AC will discuss and decide to submit a draft letter to the Planning Director <br />requesting clarification on a statement in the July 6, 2015 subcommittee meeting minutes <br />(Communication No. 2015 -29). Additionally, members of the subcommittee will inform the <br />AC on the activities of the subcommittee. The subcommittee minutes consists of general <br />subcommittee topics including the following: <br />Discussion on development of the wastewater plan <br />Discussion on formation of the Design Review Committee <br />Discussion on acquisition of Luquins parking lot <br />Hawai `i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
