Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 8, 2017. BUSINESS: 1. Implementation strategy for prioritized actions: At their February 8, 2017 meeting, the Action Committee approved six priorities critical to the process of creating a pattern of future growth and development in a manner that is consistent with the goals and objectives of the PCDP. Today the AC will discuss strategies for moving forward on these priorities. 2. Discussion on training or informational sessions during AC meetings: The Action Committee will discuss the need and possibility of having training or informational sessions during regular AC meetings.
