Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to <br />submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public <br />testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item <br />during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 14, 2017. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Building in Puna Brochure: The CDP team will provide an update on the status of the <br />Building in Puna brochure. The Action Committee will discuss next steps. <br />2. Communication No. 2017-10: Draft Letter to the Department of Parks & Recreation: The <br />AC will discuss and decide to transmit a draft letter requesting information on current <br />procedures for permitting farmers' markets in County park facilities. <br />3. General Plan Comprehensive Review: Members of the Long Range Planning Division will <br />provide an overview of the General Plan Comprehensive Review, its relationship to the CDP, <br />and upcoming opportunities for Action Committee participation.
