Sam <br /> <br />Kawamura seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA <br />3.: <br />Hugh Ono made a motion to include, for discussion and recommendation, EMC <br />2004-03 Ordinance relating to Approval of Extensions of the Public Sewer System <br />and EMC 2004-04 Ordinance to Make Property Owner Responsible for Wastewater <br />Bill in Unfinished Business, Section 6.
