Motion passed unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA <br />3.: <br />Chair Ono asked that the North Kona Improvement District Presentation/Discussion <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />under 7. would be taken up earlier in the meeting because of <br />previous commitments by Mr. Yee and Ms. Harlow. All members agreed. <br />He also asked that the Hawai`i Deposit Beverage Container Program Status Report <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />under 6. would be offered after 10:30 a.m. at the request <br />of Lono Tyson, SWD Chief and the Recycling Section staff.
