Hawai'i County Clerk 08/12/2020 09:07:07 AM <br />PC -28 August 18, 2020 <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br />Bill 183: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 10-19 WHICH RECLASSIFIED LANDS FROM <br />AGRICULTURAL — 1 ACRE (A -la) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL — <br />20,000 SQUARE FEET (CN -20) AT PONAHAWAI, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, <br />COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2-3-037:019. <br />(Applicant: Brian Sugai) (Area: 43,560 Square Feet) <br />The Windward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for this <br />amendment, which would allow a six-year time extension to Condition D (Time to <br />Complete Construction).
