Hunt <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution to -enter into an agreement with the University of Hawai`i's Hawaii <br />Natural Energy Institute for the acceptance of a donation of a 2014 Eldorado 29 -passenger Aero <br />Elite hydrogen -powered bus to the County of Hawai`i's Mass Transit Agency. The approximate <br />value of this bus is $500,000 and will be used as part of the Mass Transit Agency's <br />transportation fleet. The County of Hawaii will be not be obligated to pay a service and <br />handling fee, but will be responsible for the cost of shipping this bus from Oahu. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Tiffany Kai of the Mass Transit Agency <br />at 961-8343. <br />Deanna S.
