A Solid 1,11aste Management Plan shall be, submitted to the <br />Department ofEnvirorinriental Management prior to the issuance of <br />a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />The Applicant will comply with this requirement. Rosendahl, <br />Inc. In response to the State Historic Preservation Division's <br />("SHPU') comments, a revised PDport was prepared and subsequently <br />submitted to SHPD. (A copy of the entire report is on file Nj%,jith the <br />Planning Department.) The SHPD, in its letter of August 27, 2008, <br />approved the revised AIS. (Exhibit E) <br />r <br />The survey of the subject and surrounding properties consisting OT <br />approXimately 65 acres identified 64 sites consisting of 138 features. <br />The sites included plaffoFins,' terraces, mounds, modified outcrops, <br />caves, C -shapes, walls, plus a historic period roadway and ranching <br />features.
