Also enclosed is a bill for an Ordinance to <br />appropriate $177,193.75 from private contributions. The Office of the County Clerk requests that <br />a breach be authorized to submit this resolution and bill after the October 19, 2020 noon <br />submission deadline. The department also requests that this -resolution and bill be waived from the <br />Finance Committee and be placed on the November 6, 2020 Council agenda in order to expedite <br />the receipt of these funds.
