The Capital Projects include, but are not <br />limited to, design and construction of new landfill liners, closures, waste diversion <br />facilities, transfer stations, site improvements, drainage and grading, wastewater <br />collection system infrastructure, and wastewater treatment plant and process <br />improvements. <br />Manage all closed and remediated solid waste facilities activities (Operations and <br />Maintenance) to ensure full compliance with local, state and federal rules and <br />regulations. <br />Manage and supervise a total of 22 professional and credentialed staff, as well <br />as the Design, Construction, 'Maintenance; Graphics/Cad; and Survey Sections <br />of the Engineering Division in the Waste Management Department. <br />Establish polices, procedures, and protocol for Compliance, Design, Construction, <br />Maintenance, Training and Quality Assurance.
