2019 Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan Update <br />County of Hawai'i <br />COVID-19 PROLOGUE <br />The Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan Update 2019 process began in March of 2018. Early in <br />2020, just as the document was being finalized, Covid-19 made its appearance in the County of Hawai'i. <br />The administration quickly enacted emergency protocols. Among everything else, solid waste <br />operations have been and continue to be affected.
