CALL TO ORDER (00:21) <br /> The meeting was called to order by CM Chock. <br /> In attendance: <br /> Council Members- Tommy Water, Kelly King, Mason Chock and Heather Kimball; <br /> Council and Legislative Staff were also present. <br /> HSAC Lobbyist, Jon Okudara. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA (00:28) <br /> CM Kimball asked for `friendly"amendment to Item V(G) to change the bill in question from <br /> HB321 to HB862. Agenda was approved with no objections. <br /> III. MINUTES (01:54) <br /> A. March 23, 2021 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes approved with no objections. <br /> IV. REPORTS (02:55) <br /> A. Treasurer's Report-February 2021 <br /> CM Waters, Treasurer, reported the following: <br /> Balance of$152,548.00 of which $3,026.58 in the Conference Account. <br /> Treasurer's Report was accepted for audit with no objections. <br /> B. County Reports (05:16) <br /> 1. County of Hawaii-CM Kimball reported that CoH is in the middle of budget <br /> process-seems to be a status quo budget at this point. Planning for the HSAC <br /> Conference has begun. We've secured the Westin Hapuna for the 24-27 of october, <br /> 2021. Heather/Jenn are asking for a list of invitees from each county please email <br /> this list to Jenn by the end of May. If CMs have speakers/topics and sponsors/vendors <br />
