The property is located at 1290 Kino`ole Street, at the <br /> southwest (Puna-Mauka) corner of the Kino`ole and Lono Street intersection in Waiakea Houselots, <br /> Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> The Windward Planning Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County <br /> Council as recommended by the Planning Director's recommendation and revised recommendation <br /> for Change of Zone Application REZ-21-000245 with the following condition changes: <br /> • Condition B (Plan Approval) - The Commission voted to adopt the Planning Director's <br /> revised recommendation to delete the change in tenancy timing trigger, "change in tenancy <br /> for the existing office use". Thus the timing trigger for Condition B would remain as either <br /> an establishment of a new permitted land use in the CG zoning district or any addition to an <br /> existing structure or development, which would be consistent with the Hawaii County Code <br /> Chapter 25 Section 25-2-71(a)Zoning Code requirements for Plan Approval. <br /> • Condition G (Roadway Improvements) - The Commission voted to adopt the Planning <br /> Director's revised recommendation to delete the change in tenancy timing trigger, "change in <br /> Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
