DETAILS OF PROPOSED USE/ DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1. Applicant's Request <br /> RJL, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", is requesting a change of zone for <br /> 13.838 acres of land, hereinafter referred to as "Project Site", from an Agricultural- <br /> 3 acres (A-3a) to a Single-Family Residential-15,000 square feet minimum lot size (RS-15) <br /> zoning district in order to allow for the subdivision of the subject property into 33 single- <br /> family residential lots with lot sizes ranging from a minimum of 1S,000 square feet to <br /> just under 31,000 square feet. <br /> 2.
