Water system: Discussion with the Department ofWater Supply has confirmed <br /> that the water system /n the area is adequate to provide the 33 units ofwater <br /> and fire suppression flow 1oSupport the proposed subdivision action. <br /> iv. Drainage: Proposed drainage improvements within the proposed subdivision <br /> will capture and eliminate the existing FEMA floodway traversing through the <br /> Project Site. The Applicant intends tocapture flows within the existing FEMA <br /> floodway and divert it into a system of underground culverts that will transport <br /> the floodwaters along the Amania Drive boundary of the Project Site and dispose <br /> of it into the existing cu/vert system located at the Haihai Street-A|nao|a Drive <br /> intersection. These proposed drainage improvements are intended toeffectively <br /> eliminate the existing FEMA floodvvayflows within the Project Site through the <br /> issuance ofaConditional Letter ofMap Revision /[LOMk\ aspart ofthe <br /> subdivision process. <br /> V.
