This project will <br /> activate Hawaii Island's multimodal trails and promote the use of alternative modes of <br /> transportation and bicycle safety. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State <br /> of Hawaii Department of Transportation for these funds.
