The <br /> properties are located to the north (makai) of Old Mamalahoa Highway approximately 270 feet east <br /> of its intersection with Milo Street,Por. of Humu`ula and `0`6kala, North Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> Please note there is a discrepancy in the acreage throughout the Planning Commission record for this <br /> application. The record references 15.411 acres of land but the correct acreage for this rezone is <br /> 15.404. The corrected acreage was identified as a result of a current survey of the property. <br /> The Commission voted to forward a favorable recommendation to the County Council based on the <br /> Planning Director's recommendation with the following amendments: <br /> • Condition I (Road Frontage Improvements): The Commission voted to adopt the <br /> applicant's proposed changes to Condition I to add the following sentences: In <br /> the event the pro-rata share is not paid prior to receipt of final subdivision <br /> approval, restrictive covenant(s) in the deeds of all the proposed lots shall specify <br /> the pro-rata share obligation contained in this condition.
