Zone X is an area determined to be <br /> outside the 500-year floodplain. <br /> All earthwork activity, including grading and grubbing, shall conform to Chapter 10, Erosion and <br /> Sedimentation Control, of the Hawaii County Code. Agricultural operations may qualify for a <br /> conservation program with the applicable soil and water conservation district. An approved <br /> conservation program would be an exclusion to Chapter 10. <br /> Install streetlights and traffic control devices as may be required by the Traffic Division, <br /> Department of Public Works.
