See Exhibit 18. ❑ <br /> Is the project located on or near a Brownfield? <br /> Water <br /> Existing: There is no existing water service for the site. <br /> Planned: A new 12-inch potable domestic water connection with an 8"x2" FM <br /> meter will be made to either an existing 8-inch Hawaii Water <br /> Service main within Road D of Queens' Marketplace (TMK: (3) 6-9- <br /> 008:017) to the project site through a Hawaii Water Service <br /> easement or to a 24-inch Hawaii Water Service main in Waikoloa <br /> Beach Drive (TMK: (3) 6-9-008:007). See Exhibit 25 for details. <br /> Sewer <br /> Existing: There is no existing sewer service for the site. <br /> Planned: A new connection will either be made to an existing 8-inch Hawaii <br /> Water Service sewer main within Road D of Queens' Marketplace <br /> (TMK: (3) 6-9-008:017) to the project site through a Hawaii Water <br /> Service easement or to an existing 8-inch Waikoloa Land Company <br /> sewer main in the Waikoloa Bowl (TMK: (3) 6-9-008:016). See <br /> Exhibit 25 for details. <br /> Drainage <br /> Existing: Based on the FIRM (See Exhibit 13), the property and its immediate <br /> vicinity is within Flood Zone X. <br /> Planned: The project is anticipated to discharge all runoff into 14 drywells <br /> that will be developed as part of the project, each containing 2 CFS <br /> capacity. The drywells shall be 8' diameter 8' deep structures that <br /> infiltrate the runoff into the ground. Drywells are planned to <br /> accommodate all existing and development-generated runoff on the <br /> site. <br />
