(25) Authorization to witness maintenance, inspection, and testing. Sections 3 <br /> 10.10.1, 10.10.1.1, 10.10.1.2, 10.10.1.3, and 10.10.1.4 are deleted in their <br /> entirety and replaced with sections 10.10.1 and 10.10.1.1 to read as follows: <br /> "10.10.1 Agricultural Burning. See Department of Health, Clean Air Branch, <br /> regulation of fires for agricultural burning. <br /> (1) Except for closed incinerators approved by the state health department, <br /> private incineration is prohibited by state health laws.
