Discussion and clarification of reimbursement for the HSAC conference. i 3 ED. Seeking clarification if the reimbursement for the HSAC conference will be reimbursed under HSAC travel expenses or not. CM Waters: Each county took care of their own expenses. The goal is for HSAC to try to keep as much money as possible so preference is for everyone to handle their 3 HSAC conference reimbursement separately. CM Kimball: Question about the budget, we had talked about whether to continue to support two conf or one. You have the legislative conference and the annual conference and then we do not reimburse the members for the annual conference. If I we can codify things in the bylaws, that the annual meeting is intended as a 3 fundraiser it is important to make it clear. ' CM Chock:In agreement on this. 3 CM .King. We have already upped the dues and payments from each county, think you have to go back to the counties. There should be clear communication to the I counties what the expenses would be. Need to be made clear what we are asking the counties to do. CM Chock: Do not want to add more to the budget than we already have. In terms of clarifying, we can plan for the next meeting to have a resolution or amendment that is not included, to move from there. CM .King: Good to have in the resolution what HSAC has been spending for the � conference and for whatever staff we have covered. Would be good to see the expenses in that resolution.
